Description:
The object of the market consists in multi -risk insurance services of movable and real estate heritage as well as operating premises including In'li is a tenant, owner or manager and the insurance of uninsured tenants.
This market is subject to the provisions of the codeof public procurement.
It has passed according to a formalized procedure with negotiations in accordance with articles L.2124-3 and R-2124-3 6 of the public procurement code.
The choice of this procedure is justified by the following considerations:
1.The complexity of the services to be performed, subject ofMarket.
Indeed, the specificity of the planned market requires, to properly cover the risk profile of IN'LI and all the risks to be provided, an adaptation of the offer of insurance companies.
By definition, these risks are not standard and in'li must be able to benefit from proposalsoffers optimized by professionals in the sector, in order to personalize as best as possible the offer to its specific need.
2.The limited number of economic operators available on the insurance market for three years.
3. In addition, the insurance code authorizes the delivery of reserves to reservations toPrescriptions described in the consultation documents.
The phase of negotiations will allow, in particular, to negotiate the proposed reservations, if applicable.
By application of article L.2113-10 of the public procurement code, this is allocated as follows:
