Description:
The purpose of the consultation is the supply, transport, delivery of several heat exchangers (in particular steam/hot water exchangers and one or more superheated water/hot water exchangers and elements necessary for their operation), any assembly interventions preparatory work for commissioning and commissioning for the district heating network operated by R3C in the municipalities of Chambery, Bassens, Cognin, la Motte-Servolex. The expected steam/hot water exchange capacity is approximately 75 MW thermal and is 20 MW thermal for water exchange superheated/hot water. The pressure on the high pressure side is around 20 bar. The pressure on the low pressure side is around 10 bar. The market will include:
1) The establishment of technical documents for the design and sizing of the units;
2) Workshop assembly with inspection and testing before delivery;
3) Delivery to a delivery location determined by the Project Owner;
4) Any preparatory assembly interventions;
5) Testing, commissioning and verification of expected performance.
This procedure follows the procedure n1112940 of which batch n1 was declared without further action due to ineffectiveness.
