Description:
This consultation concerns the selection of a holder responsible for the organization of the 2025, 2026 and 2027 editions of the "Destination Montagnes" Show and Meetings on behalf of the contracting authority.
The contract holder will be responsible for ensuring the variation of the graphi environmentthat of the event, the organization, the management of the marketing, the realization and monitoring of the event, the establishment of an Internet business convention tool allowing the registration of all participants and the taking of business meeting before the Show.
Organized by Atout France, the Destination Montagnes Show brings together around 240 exhibiting companies each year (large estates and family resorts, accommodation providers, transporters, service providers, etc.) whose objective is to market their offers to nearly 450 buyers international (tour-operators, travel agents) from more than 50 countries. Appointments (more than 10,000) are pre-scheduled over the 2 days of the event to allow exhibiting professionals to develop their commercial contacts with general or specialized prescribers on the prmountain products and/or France.
The 2 days of the Show are preceded, on Monday, by Mountain Destination Meetings which bring together, the day before the Show, some 150 to 200 mountain professionals in France, for one or more time for discussions on the sector and its challenges.
