• Description:
• The purpose of the market is the marketing of advertising space in the municipal newspaper Le Petit Robinson and the municipal guide of the City of Plessis-Robinson. This is a unique market. In return for the provision of surface areas advertising in the municipal newspaper and guide and exclusivity in favor of the service provider, the holder undertakes to pay the Contracting Authority a fee based on the total amount of orders invoiced to advertisers. In any case, the holder guaranteed to the Contracting Authority the payment of the minimum annual fee (See article 3 A.E) The contract is concluded for a period of one year from its date of notification, renewable twice for the same duration by tacit renewal except in the event of termination of the contract by one or other of the parties.
