Description:
This project is both a social project as it aims to create conviviality between the students, to transmit a healthy eating way to them, and balanced for a modest sum. It is also a cultural project leading to the discovery of local, seasonal and terroir products but also Better knowledge of food transition subjects. It will be more particularly emphasized on vegetable and durable cuisine, the valuation of the seasonality of fruits and vegetables. Objectives: - Adopting a more vegetable and balanced diet allows the WHO to reduce Many diseases - Fighting precariousness by making everyone a more diverse diverse at low prices - promoting group experiences makes it possible to simplify the placement of new food habits - to raise awareness of ecological, ethical and of food health to allow an acceleration of the process of vegetating meals served in our university restaurants considering that by better understanding the issues, practices can evolve
