- The contract is a framework agreement concluded in accordance with article L2125-1 1° of the Public Order Code concluded from its date of notification until December 31, 2026 then expressly renewable from year to year until December 31, 2029 for a maximum amount of 600,000 euros excluding tax over the duration of the contract. There is no minimum amount. The amount of the flat rate portion is included in the maximum amount.
