Description:
Contract No. 2025.MA.4.017, the subject of which is the project management relating to the development of the roof terrace and renovation of the adjoining premises located on the 6th floor of the CPRPF headquarters building located in Marseille. The work to be carried out belongs to the category of building works in reuse or rehabilitation. Estimated budget for the work, set by the project owner: 215,000 euros excluding tax - value September 2025. The missions entrusted to the project manager are basic and complementary missions in accordance with the provisions of Book IV of Part II of the Public Order Code. They are specified in the specifications. the Project Manager will also ensure the administrative procedures relating to the request and obtaining of prior declaration (see Program and CCTP).
