Description:
The main objective of this contract is the supply of tests and vaccines for the health services of the Val d'Oise Department. The consultation is launched in the form of an open call for tenders pursuant to articles R. 2124-1 and -2, R. 2131-16 and -17, R.2161-1 to -5, R.2162-1 to -6 and R.2162-13 and -14 of the Public Procurement Code concerning lots 1 to 6. The contract is a framework agreement with purchase orders concluded within the following financial limits:
It is broken down into 6 lots passed through an open call for tender procedure and 4 lots passed without advertising or competitive bidding:
- Lot 1: Combined Diphtheria, Tetanus, Polio, Acellular Pertussis, Haemophilus vaccines; Combined Diphtheria, Tetanus, Polio, Acellular Pertussis vaccines for infants; Combined vaccines Diphtheria, Tetanus, Polio, Acellular Pertussis for children and adults - it is concluded without minimum amount annual with a maximum annual amount of 20,000 euro(s) excluding tax.
- Lot 2: Combined Measles, Mumps, Rubella vaccines, anti-Hepatitis B vaccines for adults and anti-Hepatitis B vaccines for children. Hexavalent vaccines (Tetanus, Diphtheria, Poliomyelitis, Pertussis, Haemophilus type B, Hepatitis B) - it is concluded without a minimum annual amount with a maximum annual amount of 30,000 euro(s) excluding tax.
- Lot 3: Anti-Hepatitis A Vaccines for Adults - it is concluded without a minimum annual amount with a maximum annual amount of 10,000 euro(s) excluding tax.
