Description:
The purpose of this consultation is the implementation and monitoring of social integration clauses in the public contracts of the Val d'Oise Departmental Council by a service provider called "Facilitator". The market is launched following an Open Call for Tenders procedure in accordance with the articles R. 2124-1 and -2, R. 2131-16 and -17, and R. 2161-1 to -5 of the Public Procurement Code. It is concluded, from February 15, 2026, or from its notification date if this is later, for one year, tacitly renewable three times, without its duration exceeding four years.
