- The purpose of this contract is to carry out small three-color light signaling operations on the departmental road network. The consultation is carried out in the form of an open Adapted Procedure contract (Articles R2123-1 1° - Lower than threshold of formalized procedures - Public Procurement Code). This contract is concluded for a period of one year from the service order, tacitly renewable three times per period of one year, without its total duration being able to exceed four years. The contract is concluded within the following financial limits: Minimum annual amount 100,000 euro(s) excluding tax Maximum annual amount of 500,000 euro(s) excluding tax. Negotiations will be initiated with all the candidates for the classification resulting from the analysis and having submitted an offer that is neither inappropriate nor abnormally low. Candidates will be notified in writing. However, the buyer may award the contract on the basis of the initial offers without negotiation.
