Description: The Departmental Council of Vosges, manages the house of childhood and family located on Jean Jacques Rousseau in Golbey. The Vosges County Council wishes to initiate a busy site restructuring project from the 1970s site to improve the overall operation of the institution. The new and restructured premises will accommodate on a floor area of 5400m² SDO the various entities constituting the house of childhood and the family.
This consultation is the first phase of a restricted competition of architecture and engineering on "Sketch +" with 3D digital model, passed pursuant to Articles L.2125-1, R.2162-15 to R2162-22, r .2162-24, R.2172-1, R.2172-2, R.2172-4 to R.2172-6 of the Public Order Code.
