• Description:
• The purpose of this contract is to entrust to an accountant all the missions necessary for the closing of the accounts of the IRT association and its support until liquidation. It also covers accounting and tax support linked to the transfer activities towards the EPIC, as well as the organization and support to decision-making bodies throughout the process. The incumbent will also be responsible for managing the tiling period between the association and EPIC, ensuring coordination with the designated liquidator, and to ensure compliance with the legal, administrative and regulatory obligations arising from the cessation of activity. The contract also includes accounting and reporting assistance for the reservation center, as well as establishing the intermediate situations necessary for monitoring and steering the transition. single-award framework agreement at unit price with purchase orders concluded pursuant to articles R.2123-1, R.2123-4, R.2123-5, and R.2162-1 and following of Public procurement code.
