- The definition of the conditions of competition and allocation of itinerant restaurants (known as food trucks) for the users of the establishment. At the end of this competition, the choice of service providers will be formalized by the signing of a temporary occupation agreementof the public domain of the State, under articles L 2122.6 and L.2122.9 of the general code of ownership of public persons and ordinance n 2017-562 of April 19, 2017 relating to the ownership of public persons. According to article L.2122-3 of the General Code of Personspublic the authorization mentioned in article L. 2122-1 presents a precarious and revocable character.
