Description:
The subject of this consultation is the award of a concession of development within the meaning of article L300-4 of the town planning code for the realization of the development operation of the L'Alicante condominium site, in Manosque, relating, in particular, on the creation of a set of spacespublic and the construction of public facilities as well as free and social housing, on a perimeter of approximately 1.3 hectares located south of downtown Manosque, on avenue Georges Pompidou.
This urban renewal operation of the L'Alicante co-ownership site in Manosque is designedas an exemplary. Based on an intervention approach on a degraded condominium, it allows today to carry in a new dynamic, a larger and ambitious development project, meeting the diversity of home needs, but also in particular equipment andServices, around virtuous public spaces on the environmental level (management of the water cycle, vegetation, mild paths, etc.) and integrated into the existing urban fabric, creating a new showcase for the territory.
It is a development concession in which the concessionaireAssumes the economic risk of the operation, according to the regime defined by articles R300-4 and following of the town planning code. It is also governed by the provisions of the public order code, in particular by articles L3120-1 to L3126-3 and R3121-1 to R3125-7
