Description:
The production center will be built on three main plots of approximately 4.5 ha (E74: 48,227 m2 - AE 128: 2,069 m2 - AE 146 1,083 m2) in the Zone de activity des Grands Vignes de Noves.
It will allow the implementation of the new tile of covered producers, of the Halles type, on quay, with minimum 160 locations permanently occupied by small and medium producers; 6,770 m2 of warehouse and fridges space dedicated to large sender producers and cooperatives in the object of constituting a permanent offer labeled Grand Marche de Provence; 1,632 m2 of floor surface Small boxes dedicated to retailers and wholesalers buyers in short circuits; a 9,960 m2 producer tile; an administrative building of 1,950 m2 including a restaurant-cafe-brewery; a waste premises; a charge room; Minimum 19 PL places and 130 places VL minimum.
