- This consultation relates to the consultation for:
- cleaning and maintenance services in cleanliness of the surroundings and common areas of buildings,
- cleaning services of vacant housing and their annexes,
to be performed in the heritage of Saint-Louis Habitat(Saint-Louis and neighboring municipalities).
The framework agreement includes:
- permanent services whose place, quantity and rhythm are defined by the specific technical clauses and its annexes. This service is the subject of a lump sum remuneration.
- Occasional serviceswhose pace and frequency cannot be provided. These occasional interventions are subject to specific orders and will be remunerated by applying the unit prices of the price slip corresponding to the really executed quantities.
