- Consultation - Call for projects for the realization of the Nice Olympic Village for the organization of the Olympic Games and winter 2030s. This consultation relates to the selection of a group of operators/real estate investors winner of the call for projects to which the land will be transferred Building located in the town of Nice, currently occupied by a parking lot of the Allianz Riviera stadium in the Var plain. This land is currently owned by the city of Nice and spread over 9 plots presented in article 1.1 of the consultation regulations. The consultation relates to the transfer of a single batch, composed of rights -of -way representing approximately 15,000m2 on the ground (and from the 9 previously cited plots), called to accommodate a mixed operation of around 25,000 m2 of floor area whose programming is detailed in the programming document of the Olympic village and in The programming study carried out on behalf of the City of Nice (documents attached to these consultation regulations).
