Description:
The contract concerns the following services:
As part of the regrouping of the Paris Fire Brigade (BSPP), the program of the operation concerns the construction of several support elements of the BSPP located in Valenton to complement the different poles being builtruction on the site of three municipalities namely: Limeil-Brevannes, Valenton and Villeneuve-Saint-Georges.
The program will be developed on a plot of 12,220 m2 currently housing three buildings, which will be demolished. It provides for the construction of 4 new buildings for a useful surface area ofimed to 12,000 m2:
- tertiary premises for the DSI (INFORMATION SYSTEMS DIRECTORATE) with an estimated useful surface area of 3,260 m2;
- a vehicle shed for GFIS Training (INSTRUCTION TRAINING GROUP EMERGENCY) with an estimated useful surface area of 3,986 m2;
- amaintenance and repair also including a DMR SUD storage area (MAINTENANCE AND REPAIR DETACHMENT) with an estimated useful area of 3,637 m2;
- a MANEUVER POLE for training recruits, with an estimated useful area of
1,147 m2.
