- The purpose of this consultation is the construction of the new wastewater treatment plant (STEP) of Savignac-les-Ormeaux with a capacity: 14,800 eq/inhabitant. - QP95 TPNH = 1,719 m3/d - QP95 TSNH = 1,486 m3/d Qpts = 130 m3/h - Qptp = 215 m3/h. - Screening - Storm basin of 400 m3 existing after screening - fine screening and pretreatments - Low load activated sludge in prolonged aeration with biological treatment of phosphorus (2 biological lines) - Screw presses (x2) and storage in skips of sludge - Discharge into Ariege. Submission of the building permit - Demolition of existing works not reused including evacuation of rubble and equipment - Dry and wet networks associated with the structures (aep, telecom and electricity). Variants: variations are allowed, candidates are not required to answer the basic solution. Candidates can present a maximum of 2 offers. The execution time is capped at 25 months from the start-up OS (preparation = 3 months; Work = 18 months and, development, start-up and observation period = 4 months).
