Description:
The contract includes optional installments defined in the specifications.
Each lot will be awarded separately.
Services are paid by fixed prices.
This involves the construction of a real estate complex of 65 housing units divided into 5 small collectives of approximately 4 380m2 of floor space in R+3+attic including:
- 4 buildings for free access, i.e. 49 housing units distributed as follows:
- Building A: 12 housing units
- Building B: 14 housing units
- Building D: 10 housing units
- Building E: 13 housing units
- 1 building for social rental housing:
- building C carried out as project management by Halpades: 16 housing units
The program also provides for the creation of 139 parking spaces including 76 spaces above ground and 36 covered spaces underground.
Another consultation is launched simultaneously by Teractem and Halpades for the realization of the other batches.
This consultation concerns exclusively the construction of buildings D and E in firm phase and A and B in optional phase 1 by TERACTEM.
Another consultation is launched simultaneously in grouping of orders with Halpades for the production of lots 01B, 03, 40W and 42A for the buildings C, D and E in firm phase and A and B in optional phase 1
