This procedure will give rise to a fractional framework agreement for order orders
This framework agreement will fix all the conditions of execution and will not be supplemented by a subsequent subsequent market.
The framework amounts indicated in section 2.1.3 are a non-binding estimate from the state.
The maximum duration of the framework agreement is indicated in section 5.1.3
