Description:
The operation consists in building a media library on a land free of any occupation, rue du Colonel Demange in Golbey (88190), the building area is 1260 square meters (withdrawal of 4 m from separative limits, street facade) . This single-storey building will have a floor area of 1028 square meters. The carrier structure is carried out according to repetitive frames, it consists of metallic gantry and farms in wood trellis. The exterior envelope consists of isolated wood frame walls with a wood and metal cladding finish. The soil will consist of a paved paving and a paving on a lot. SHED roofs are in steel sandwich panels isolated on 5 sides, this principle will allow the installation of photovoltaic panels and indirect lighting. The works are divided into 15 lots, allocated by separate markets.
