The purpose of the services in this contract is the construction of a cultural center on the site of the former Excelsior cinema in Savigny-sur-Orge.

In general, the work due to the holder of this lot includes:
- Site facilities
- Soil stripping on the site of the planned building;
- The earthworks to the right of the planned building (earthworks outside the building are in the VRD lot);
- Retaining structures;
- The foundations;
- The sub-slab networks of the basement;
- Reinforced concrete infrastructure ;
- The reinforced concrete superstructure;
- The wooden superstructure
- The superstructure in metal frame;
- The rammed concrete superstructure.
The work specific to this lot includes the supply, manufacturing and implementation of the following works:
- Exterior joinery aluminum including glass doors
- Scaffolding and lifting means necessary for this lot
- Smoke extraction openings with slats on the facades
