Description:
The consultation between the framework of the construction of a new building on the current grip of the ANSES in Lyon Gerland, intended to pool on a single site, the Lyonnais laboratory of ANSES and the laboratories Lyonnais and Parisians of the ANSM. The site is located in the Gerland de Lyon district. Equipment equivalent to approximately 9710m² of surface in work (SDO) for a useful surface of around 6085m². After commissioning the new building and moving in the teams present, the existing buildings will be deconstructed. The buildings present on the plot represent approximately 6500m² SHON. Technical prescriptions are described at CCTP. This market integrates into a work operation made up of 18 lots, 17 of which have been awarded.
