Description:
This consultation concerns the revival of lots 5, 9 and 11 of the construction of the Saint Ignace school group in Vienna. For Lot 9, the handover procedure used is the open call for tenders. It is subject to the provisions of articles L. 2124-2, R. 2124-2 1 and R. 2161-2 to R. 2161-5 of the public procurement code. For lots 5 and 11, the passing procedure used is the suitable procedure open in accordance with the provisions of articles L. 2123-1 and R. 2123-1 2 of the public procurement code relating to small lots. Each batch is an ordinary market and will be the subject a separate attribution. Lots 1, 2, 3, 4, 6, 7, 8, 10, 12, 13, 14, 15 and 16 have already been awarded during previous consultations. The services are paid by flat prices. The provisional period of services is 21 months for all the lots of the operation. This consultation includes social execution conditions, the detail of which is indicated in Annex 1 of the act of engagement. The client decided to set up an approach to promote employment. The market holder of the market must therefore respect the Condition which commits him to reserve an hourly work volume in favor of one or more people (s) from priority audiences.
