Description:
Each batch will be the subject of a separate attribution. The services are paid by flat prices. This new construction project brings the will of the city, owner, to improve the city's living environment, by strengthening its security on the one hand and its housing offer on the other. The operation relates to a new construction of a building incorporating a public service and housing. Precisely, the public service constitutes a municipal police hotel, and the accommodation, 7 in number, are doomed to be rented by the contracting authority. New construction will be level R+2 and a floor area of approximately 674m2. The police hotel will occupy the DRC and part of the R+1, the Reliquat du R+1 and the R+2 being devoted to housing. This project is part of the energy regulations 2020. Relaunching lots n 1, n 2, n 3, n 7, n 8, n 9, n 10, n 11, n 12, n 14 and n 15, following their declaration without follow -up
