Description:
The project relates to the rehabilitation of the site of the old toll station of the Brotonne bridge in the operating center for the road management.
Today the site includes two buildings:
as part of the project it is planned to rehabilitate the building of the old toll station (rehabilitationThermal of the envelope and modification of interior partitions) and to create a new building (operating center) which will accommodate offices, changing rooms, sanitary facilities, garage, storage and workshops.
The second building existing on the site will not be modified.
The development workExteriors provide:
- Creation of pedestrian paths
- Creation of roads
- Creation of parking spaces (27 places including 2 PMR squares)
- Creation of knots and a buried rainwater recovery tank
- Creation of exterior storage (box, silos, storage, fuel station)
-Creation of a washing area and a brine center
- The site will be fully enclosed (secure access) with the creation of gates.
A cart entrance will allow trucks to engage in the site without disturbing traffic.
The expected services are specified in the CCTP of eachLot.
