Description:
This project aims to create a nursery school of 10 classes, a shared refectory, adapted educational spaces and a green court. The building will meet the requirements of the RE 2020 environmental regulation, PMR standards and ERP regulations in fire safety.
EachLot will be the subject of a separate allocation. The project is structured in 14 lots. The services are regulated by lump sum prices.
General provisions: the description of the works and their technical specifications are indicated in the specifications.
This contract is subject toObligations of articles R.554-1 et seq. Of the Environment Code, relating to the execution of works near certain underground, aerial or underwater transport or distribution works.
These provisions include the obligation to send the declarations of works (DT)and declarations of intention to start work (dict), in order to ensure the safety of interventions and the protection of existing infrastructure.
Each lot holder must meet the deadlines imparted to its services, as defined in the general planning established at the start ofconstruction site. Respect for this calendar is essential in order to ensure good coordination between the various trades and guarantee full delivery of the project within the contractual period of 22 months.
