Description:
This project aims to create a nursery school of 10 classes, a shared refectory, adapted educational spaces and a green court. The building will meet the requirements of the RE 2020 environmental regulations, PMR standards and ERP regulations on fire safety.Each batch will be the subject of a separate attribution. The project is structured in 14 lots. The services are paid by flat prices. General provisions: The description of the works and their technical specifications are indicated in the specifications. This contract is subjectto the obligations of articles R.554-1 and following of the Environment Code, relating to the execution of works near certain underground, aerial or underwater transport or distribution works. These provisions include the obligation to send the work declarations(DT) and declarations of starting the start of work (DICT), in order to ensure the safety of interventions and the protection of existing infrastructure. Each lot holder must meet the deadlines given to his services, as defined in the general schedule established at the startof construction. Respect for this calendar is essential in order to ensure good coordination between the different trades and guarantee full delivery of the project within the contractual period of 22 months.
