Description:
The operation concerns the construction of the training institute in nursing and caregivers in Carcassonne (IFSI -ofas). This new building in R+3 See R+4 partial will be located in the current municipal car park of veterans in Algeria and North Africa in the heart of the district ofLa Bastide in Carcassonne, opposite the new IUT furnished in 2023 inside the old imperial high school. This new construction of a useful surface of around 1,730 m2 for a surface in work of the order of 2,335 m2 will accommodate a total of 400 learners and a workforce of 28 peopleincluding 20 trainers. The envelope allocated to work by the client is 5,375,000,00 euros (s) excl. This market is not breaking into a slice. This consultation is launched in the form of a limited procedure. Only selected candidates will receive the consultation file andwill be able to submit an offer. The number of candidates admitted to participate in the second phase is 5. In accordance with article R. 2151-8 of the public procurement code, the presentation of variants is not authorized within the framework of the consultation. Variant offers will therefore be inadmissible andeliminated without being examined. The basic offer will however be examined provided that it is presented distinctly from the variant (s).
