Description:
The project concerns the construction of a multi -professional health center bringing together several health professionals (doctors, physiotherapists, nurses, podiatrists) and a small emergency space. The projected building will be on one level in L with a 2-sided roof. Parking areas will also be created on both sides of the building. The built surface will be around 440m². The amount of the forecast financial envelope allocated to the work is generally 1.7 M HT all the lots combined (value January 2025). This market provides for 5 variants imposed and fixed by the contracting authorities and the work described below. The candidates concerned by these variants have the obligation to respond to them (see RC). In a concern for employment promotion and the fight against exclusion, the client decided to include a compulsory clause of 'Insertion through economic activity (see RC).
