Description:
The award procedure is a procedure with negotiation in accordance with article R. 2124-3 4. It concerns a works contract comprising: Construction work on the Montpellier Western Bypass including preparation work, earthworks, sanitation, roadways, safety equipment, engineering structures, restoration of communications and interchanges, horizontal and vertical signaling, civil engineering of dynamic equipment and associated networks, and fences
The attention of candidates is drawn to the fact that the execution of work under this consultation may take place simultaneously with other projects concerning the construction of the Montpellier Western Bypass, the consultations of which will be launched shortly. Consequently, candidates will be expected to mobilize human resources and separate equipment in the event of the award of several contracts.
