The market execution period of 6 months includes: - the preparation period (including the filing and investigation of the PC request) of 4 months (by derogation from article 28.1 of the CCAG works) which starts fromThe date indicated in the notification letter of the market worth ordering order to start the preparation period - the period of execution of the work of 2 months which starts from the date provided in the order of work to start work, excluding the warranty of perfect warrantycompletion. The services will be funded by self -financing of the city of Angers, supplemented, if necessary, by external resources (loan, subsidies, European funds not known to date, etc.) in accordance with the laws and regulations in force. Overall payment of services30 days. Payments are made by administrative transfer. Advance of 10% granted under the conditions provided for in the contract. First request warranty covering 100% of the amount of the advance. Warranty withholding taxed under the conditions set forCCAP.
