- This consultation relates to a limited project management competition on sketch + for the conclusion of a public project management market as part of the construction of a metropolitan swimming pool in Wattrelos in application of articles L. 2125-1, L. 2172-1, R. 2162-15 andFollowing, R. 2172-2 and following and the provisions of Book IV of the 2nd part of the public procurement code "provisions specific to public contracts linked to public contracting management and private project management" (ex law called "MOP"). The estimation of the cost of the work is to11,036,861 euros excl. The purpose of the public call for candidates is to select a limited number of candidates admitted to submit a project, in this case three (3) candidates (subject to a sufficient number of candidates). The project management competition will take place in two phases: phase 1:the "candidacy" phase allowing the contracting authority to select a limited number of candidates admitted to submit a project, in this case three (3) candidates (subject to a sufficient number of candidates); Phase 2: The "Offer" phase allowing the contracting authority to designate the winnerof the competition among the candidates admitted to submit a project. The validity period of offers is set at 120 days from the deadline for receipt of tenders.
