Declaration of no further action on the first procedure The Seine Normande Joint Management Syndicate (SMGSN), as part of its missions, ensures the management of a little over a hundred km of Seine dikes (pierced walls, anti-overflow walls, etc.) between the Elbeuf loop and the Marais Vernier. Among these structures, two thirds of them have a hydraulic safety function and fall under the regulations relating to embankment systems; their maintenance is necessary. In this context, to be able to intervene the bank team needs different machines depending on the work to be carried out.
