- The consultation made up of 6 lots went through an adapted open procedure (art. L. 2123-1 and R. 2123-1 of the Public Procurement Code). With the exception of lot 5, each lot is concluded at mixed prices: a fixed part and a unitary part supervised by a maximum amount. The maximum amount of each prize is indicated in the commitment documents. Lot 5 only includes a fixed price. The contract takes effect from its notification until the lifting of the last reservation, or the expiration of the guarantee of perfect completion, or notification of transaction or final judgment putting an end to the last dispute with the holder.
