Description:
Demolition of buildings B08 and B09 (dating from the 1950s) and construction of a dairy cow breeding building. Buildings B08 and B09: garage and storage lean-to, composed of rubble walls, masonry and RC, RC floors, metal frame with steel tray. The works of demolition (approximately 530 m2) also includes the removal of old fuel tanks and the removal of foundations. The building to be constructed (approximately 3000 m2) will house an agricultural operation and a place of education. It includes 3 main spaces: 1 dairy cow building, 1 building calves and 1 processing building. Creation of approximately 1000 m2 of outdoor exercise areas, a 1755 m3 slurry pit and a 200 m3 manure pit. Lots 1 to 7 and 9 to 11 of the operation have already been awarded. Overall envelope for the operation (all lots combined, including those already allocated): 3,950,000 euro(s) excluding tax (value January 2023)
