Description:
Semmaris wishes to build a logistics building (D8B) located in the dairy and gastronomy sector. It is located at the corner of rue du Poitou and the rue de Corse. It will be a question of building a warehouse of an area of approximately 1,600 m2 under cold directed on the ground floor.It will also include offices in mezzanine as well as a partial basement dedicated to storage. The roads will be restructured around the building with the creation of 4 discharges. The building will have to meet the ICPE 1510 & 1511 standards, the APSAD rules as well as to the Labor Code. THEWorks are divided into 8 lots: - Lot 1: VRD, - Lot 2: structural work, closed covered and locksmith, - lot 3: strong current, low current and fire detection, - lot 4: CVC, mechanical smoke extraction and plumbing, - lot 5: Sprinklage and RIA, - Lot 6: Insothermal panels and platform equipment,7: Interior fittings, - Lot 8: elevator. The forecast date for starting work is estimated for September 2025.
