Description:
The market is treated at mixed prices. The fixed price part corresponds to the basic work for site installations, asbestos removal, deplosing, selective deconstruction and cleaning, demolitions and withdrawal of the installations. The part at a unit price concerns workpossible complementary site installation and asbestos removal. The unit price is processed according to the provisions of articles R2162-1 to R2162-14 of the public procurement code and does not include a minimum amount. The services will be provided in accordance with the vouchersorder issued as part of the market. The total amount of the market (lump sum and unit price) will not exceed the amount of 990,000.00 euros (s) excl. Market passed with an adapted procedure cf. Articles R. 2123-1, R. 2123-4 to R. 2123-6, R. 2131-12, R. 2162-1 to R. 2162-14 and R.2172-1 of the public procurement code
