Description:
The O1D building will be located in place of an existing 154-space car park, on an area of approximately 2,150 m2, intended for VSEs and SMEs. It will consist of: - 8 cells of 600 m2 to 200 m2, equipped with individual sanitary facilities with an office space for each cell and a production ofindividual refrigeration, - 3 cells dedicated to food product processing activities, - 5 cells of approximately 200 m2 dedicated exclusively to the storage of food products. From the outside, the building will have access for light commercial vehicles up to 7m in lengthat the level of the courtyard on the O1c side as well as access to the offices for pedestrians and persons with reduced mobility from the common running quay. The building will be insulated for activity in positive cold (2C/4C). The building will be classified as ICPE 1511 and subject to declaration. APSAD rules must be respected. The consultationion includes 9 lots. Companies are only allowed to submit an application for one lot. The start of work is estimated for September 2023 for VRD, the other lots from the end of October 2023.
