Description:
Occupation of the municipal public domain-Article L.2122-1-1 and following of the General Property Code of Public People (CGPPP) 1. Public person owner of the Publicla commune of Perreux-sur-Marne (94170) 2. Subject of this opinion, which can be said in article L. 2122-1-4 of the CGPPP, it is brought to the attention of third parties that the city of Perreux-sur-Marne has received a spontaneous manifestation of interest in the occupation and economic exploitation of its public domain, with a view to the construction and exploitation of two Padel land on its territory. 3. Description of the state dependence concerned the site concerned is located at the Tennis Club du Perreux, 34 quai de l'Artois, 94170 Le Perreux-sur-Marne. This property is the public domain of the city. The surface targeted for the establishment of the two Padel terrains is estimated between 600 and 800 m², on the edge of existing tennis installations. 4. Equipment and activities envisaged the event of interest concerns the creation of sports equipment comprising two Padel fields. The project does not provide for catering areas.
