- The objective of the mission is to lead, in collaboration with the AFD project team (AFD Group Campus and AFD regional directorates and relevant country agencies), a construction and development process. (c)Deployment of the educational path for the next 3 editions of the AcadA(c)mie des Talents MA(c)diterraneans
The activities necessary to achieve the achievements and results can be grouped into
four stages:
1) For year 1, the initial construction of the journey with the Campus. ;
2)For years 2 and 3, an update of the training course as defined duringthe initial construction will be expected (pedagogical structuring, preparation of the call for applications and communication aspects, production of content for the 3 axes, and mobilization of the different stakeholders).
3) The implementation of the training course each year foryears 1, 2, 3, by ensuring
the mobilization of talents, by updating the contents by relying on a collective
of experts and relevant partners;
4) Finally, the structuring and the animation of collective dynamics (communities)
during the 3 years of the course and until the endn of the service, to allow
talents to help each other, inspire each other, and share opportunities.
