Description:
The consultation is launched according to the procedure of the call for tenders opened in accordance with articles L.2124-2, R.2124-2 1 , R.2161-2 to R.2161-5 of the public procurement code. The project provides for the construction of 61 dwellings spread over two buildings, including 26 on building A and 35 on the building B. The duration of the markets begins from the order of service to start work until the end of the warranty period of perfect completion. As an indication, the forecast duration of the markets is set at 36 months
