- This consultation is open exclusively to the general buildings of the building authorized to carry out work in all trades (T.C.E.). Any file received in a different form will be rejected. This unique batch consultation all trades is made up of 13 technical lots.Provisional start of the work in August 2025. The organization, management and coordination mission (O.P.C) will be provided by the general company which will hold the market. Market form: ordinary. Assignment of a single market.
The services are paid by a global fixed price.The execution of the services begins from the date fixed in service order. A 5% warranty deduction is provided for in the contract. It can be replaced by a first demand guarantee. No advance planned, however, it can be studied as part of the review clause inApplication of articles R.2194-1 to R.2194-10 of the public procurement code. The prices can be updated. The sums due to the holder (s) will be paid within 30 days from the date of receipt of payment requests filed on the Chorus Pro portal.
