Description:
The purpose of this framework agreement is to make up a request for a declaration of public utility (DUP), the realization of corresponding parcel surveys and assistance to the contracting authority for the public and parcel inquiry in order to establish protection perimeters For the Marseille canal and its ancillary works.
It is a framework agreement of intellectual benefits.
This is a framework agreement within the meaning of articles R. 2162-2 and following of the public procurement code concluded with an economic operator.
The framework agreement fixes all the stipulations contractual, it will be executed as the order is issued under the conditions set out in articles R. 2162-13 and R. 2162-14 of the public procurement code. The procedures for issuing order orders appear at the CCAP.
