Description:
The purpose of the concession contract is to entrust to the SEMOP made between the city of Villeurbanne and one or more economic operators the realization of the renovation project, the management and exploitation of the astroballe, located 44 avenue Marcel Cerdan, 69100 Villeurbanne.
More specifically,The concedent entrusts to the concessionaire the following missions:
- the design, financing and the realization of the investments mentioned in the investment program annexed to the contract
- The management and operation of the Equipment, from the date of provision;
- Maintenanceand the maintenance of the Equipment and the installations necessary to carry out the activities conceded;
- the large maintenance and renewal of the Equipment and its installations;
- the payment of all the operating expenses of the activities (operating expenses, personnel charges,Taxes and taxes,…);
- The collection of activities of activities;
- Marketing and management of relations with users;
- Communication and promotion of activities
