Description:
This is a procedure adapted in application of articles L2123-1 and R2123-1 to R2123-5 of the public procurement code. These are framework agreements (articles R. 2162-1 to R. 2162-6 of the code), concluded with a single economic operator without negotiation or delivery in prior competition, and executedPartly by the issue of service orders, without negotiation or preliminary competition, for the services described in contractual documents and in part by the conclusion of subsequent markets (articles R. 2162-7 to R. 2162-12 of the code), for needs including all stipulationscontractual is not set in the framework of the framework agreement. The services will be paid by application of prices, such as resulting from the unit price slip (appendix 1 to the act of engagement). Regarding lot n 1, the maximum amount of the framework agreement is 400,000 eurosHT on its firm duration of 3 years. Regarding lot n 2, the maximum amount of the framework agreement is 2,000,000 euros HT over its firm duration of 3 years. The framework agreements are concluded without the amount or minimum commitment. These are works markets.
