Description:
The consultation will give rise to the conclusion of a mono-attribute framework agreement, executed by the emission of purchase orders in application of articles R2162-13 and R2162-14 of the public procurement code. Pursuant to article R2162-4-2 , the framework agreement is concluded without minimum and with a Maximum on total duration, renewals included for each of the lots. The maximum value of the framework agreement corresponds to the maximum amount of lots (excluding taxes) over the total duration of the market is 48 months, it is then specified the maximum amount on the total duration of the market for each batch targeted. The framework agreement has increased over a period of 12 months renewable three times tacitly over the same duration without the agreement being able to exceed 48 months. The places of execution are specified in the parts of the consultation. The prices will be revisable under the conditions provided for in the CCAP. Finally, the deadlines of execution will be mentioned in each order form.
