Description:
The framework agreement is concluded by Syn acting as a central purchasing center:-wholesaler or in purchase-revenue within the meaning of article L. 2113-2, 2 of the public procurement code for lot n 1; - In intermediation within the meaning of article L. 2113-2, 1 of the public procurement code for lots n 2, 3 and 4. This consultation has passed according to the tender procedure opened in application of articles L. 2124-2, R. 2124-2 and R. 2161-2 to R. 2161-5 of the public procurement code. The framework agreement is not allotted. It is mono-attribute for lot 1 and multi-attribute for lots 2, 3 and 4. It fixes all contractual stipulations and runs by the issue of orders under the conditions provided for in the specific administrative clauses. The framework agreement is concluded without minimum in quantity and in value but with maximum value of an amount From 12,000,000 euros HT for lot 1, 10,000,000 Euro (s) HT for lots 2 and 3,200,000 Euro (s) HT for lot 4 for the total theoretical duration of the framework agreement (i.e. 4 years, renewal).
