- The purpose of this market is only the supply or the supply and delivery of ready -to -use concrete intended for inter -municipal road maintenance. In accordance with article L2113-10 of the public procurement code, this consultation is allotated as follows: -lot n 1: concreteOrdinary, -lot n 2: specific concrete. Pursuant to article R2113-1 of the public procurement code, economic operators can tender for all lots. The aforementioned lots can be assigned to a single economic operator. This consultation will give rise to theConclusion of a mono-attribute framework agreement with order orders. It will be concluded with a maximum amount of: -150,000 € HT valid over the period of validity of the market when it comes to lot n 1; -150,000 € HT valid over the period of validity of the market when it comes to lot n 2. For each lot, the duration ofValidity of this market runs from its notification date for a fixed 4 -year period. For each batch, the execution period will be 72 hours from the notification of the order form. Applicants must provide samples (see article 5-3 ofRC).
